With only a handful of ingredients and one single skillet, you can make this beef and toasted broccoli in 30 minutes flat. Not only will this recipe deliver your daily fill of protein and fiber, but you can also count on it becoming a new weeknight favorite.
The steaks are seasoned simply with salt and pepper before searing, while the broccoli gets crispy through a simple pan-frying technique. The final touch includes a soy-free dressing that combines coconut aminos with just a hint of coconut sugar.

To get started, heat up one tablespoon of olive oil and then turn the heat to medium-high. Place the broccoli florets in a single layer and allow them to cook undisturbed for ten minutes, flipping halfway through. When the bottoms are brown and crispy on each side, remove them from the pan and set aside.
Next, season the steaks with salt and pepper, and add another tablespoon of olive oil. Place the steaks in a single layer and sear them for five minutes on each side. You’ll notice the top surface of the steak begin to bleed, which is your cue to flip the steak over. This will produce a medium rare steak, but if you prefer well-done, sear an extra two minutes on each side.
While the steaks are cooking, combine the chopped parsley, minced shallots, the remaining olive oil, coconut aminos, and coconut sugar together to make the dressing. Reserve the dressing for the finished steak and broccoli, then drizzle on top and serve!
