Some Helpful Tips To Get Started:
- Be sure to mix your tahini thoroughly before using it. The oils and solids often separate, so you’ll want to combine them well to capture the ideal consistency.
- Experiment with ratios. The ratio of honey to tahini is really a matter of preference. You can reduce the honey to keep it more savory, or go for a 1:1 ratio for a sweeter flavor.
- Store tahinomelo at room temperature. Tahinomelo can be kept unrefrigerated. Stir it before using it, however, to re-incorporate the oils.
